December is the time of gifts. However, for some of them you need to work hard. This was the case with the award Logistic Operator of the Year, which ESA logistika received during 20th Eurologistics’ gala. – We owe this success to all our customers, partners and the entire ESA logistika team – said Managing Director ESA Poland Łukasz Dziewanowski.

As we read in “Logistics Operator of the Year is a customer satisfaction survey of logistics operators, which provides information about the scope and quality of logistics services offered in the market.” The survey, which has been conducted annually for 20 years now, clearly illustrates how trends in the tsl industry are changing. The jurors comprehensively screen logistics companies. They check the company’s competitive potential, the comprehensiveness of logistics services, the execution of the assumed logistics service standards, the standard of service as assessed by key customers, the standard of service as assessed by the general public, the market leader’s position as assessed by key customers and the market leader’s position as assessed by the general public. As a result of this detailed analysis, a ranking of companies enjoying the greatest trust of customers is created.

The distinction in the Logistics Operator of the Year survey is all the more gratifying as it goes hand in hand with the main award in the 2020 Innovative Product for Logistics, Transport and Production competition, which in June this year went to ESA logistika and NeuroSpace for autonomous drone inventory. Two such significant awards in one year is a huge honour. – We are very happy that ESA logistika has been appreciated so much.
