The Hitachi Transport System Group acquire the majority share in Turkish logistics company

HTS reached agreement with the Mars Logistics Group with its registered office in Istanbul in Turkey, that HTS will acquire 51% of shares in Mars from 1th October 2013. This acquisition creates the first trade base in Turkey for HTS, a country with excellent connections between Europe, Russia, North Africa and the Near East. Turkey has a large economic potential which HTS is keen to exploit.
