We not only carry food and other common goods, but we can also transport much larger loads. The H-100 gas turbines that arrived at the port of Hamburg from Japan weighed 600 tons. ESA Logistics provided their transport to the CCGT power plant site in Wolfsburg. We used river transport and also used road transport for the last kilometers. The long-prepared oversized transport ended again with success and meeting deadlines, for which our colleagues from the Project Logistics Department deserve admiration.
