ESA logistika is the owner of a large logistics premises in Dubská Street in Kladno. We operate a large warehouse here and also our largest unit of fulfilment and value-added services. It is this completions building that has undergone extensive revitalisation. First of all, the roof was completely replaced, which is now fitted with robust thermal insulation. The building envelope was also repaired and insulation was added. The finishing touch was an elegant grey façade. This was a costly repair and retrofit of the building. The aim is to significantly reduce the amount of energy needed to heat the building and, conversely, to air-condition it in summer. This is not only an economical solution, but also an ecological one that will allow us to continue to reduce the CO2 emissions associated with the services on the site.
We have also improved the navigation system, and installed a new company portal above the entrance gate to highlight the main entrance to the site. We removed the old logos and banners from the outside of the warehouse building and replaced everything with new ones. The logos on the tower gables of the warehouse are illuminated with outdoor LED lights. You can’t miss us here anymore.
