At the beginning of July 2021, there will be a change in the position of Managing Director of the Polish branch of ESA logistika. After nearly 12 years of this function held by Teodor Kula, Łukasz Dziewanowski – the current Operations director for Poland – will take over the responsibility for further dynamic development and strengthening ESA’s position on the domestic and international market.
Łukasz Dziewanowski has nearly 20 years of experience in the logistics industry. He specializes in strategic supply chain management and its optimization, for a number of diverse products and industries, especially in the field of warehouse logistics, from which he derives his professional roots.
He has been associated with ESA logistika since 2011. For over 8 years, as the Operations Director, he has been responsible for the company’s core activities, especially for co-creating the company’s development strategy and creating an environment conducive to sales growth by building a team of experts and an optimal system of interdependencies between individual logistic products.
– The challenge posed by the management board of the ESA logistika group is a great honor. I am honored that I will be able to implement the Hitachi Transport System business strategy for our region and strengthen the position of the ESA group as a logistics operator both on the domestic and international market. At the same time, I would like to thank Teodor Kula for the cooperation that prepared me for my new function. In the following years, I intend to continue activities in accordance with the adopted vision of the company, with an emphasis on further consolidating the image of ESA logistika as an expert in unconventional and effective logistics solutions. I particularly care about the internal development of the organization by combining various services into coherent systems, which will increase the level of satisfaction of our customers, creating an environment conducive to the development of employees’ potential, promoting their innovation and creativity, and establishing ESA’s position as the default operator for the Asian-European direction. – Łukasz Dziewanowski summed up his vision for future.
